Lesson 13:  Accumulate Inspiration

Accumulate Inspiration

Lesson 13:  Accumulate Inspiration

Today you will start to accumulate what I will refer to as “spiritual arsenals” to help extinguish the “mental land mines” that can build up overtime.  A physical land mine is an explosive mine laid on or just beneath the surface of the ground.

We can develop “mental land mines” that build up from stressful situations, unresolved differences, unforgiveness, and past hurts or disappointments.  If you have strong emotions tied to any of those things, they can become like a land mine waiting to explode.

Have you ever exploded with an outburst of anger?

If so, what triggered the outburst?  There is always a trigger. A trigger could be as simple as emotional aggravation.  We are more susceptible to triggers when we are fatigued, stressed, or frustrated about something.

Below is a list of some of my favorite scriptures paraphrased and positive quotes for your reference.

Biblical Inspiration

Paraphrased Biblical Scriptures:

  • I can do all things through Christ who strengthens me (or who gives me the ability)
  • Everything that my hands touch prospers
  • I have been given the ability to get wealth
  • I make my plans, but God directs my path
  • As a man thinks, so is he (or so he becomes)
  • All things are possible for one who believes

“For truly, I say to you, if you have faith like a grain of mustard seed, you will say to this mountain, ‘Move from here to there,’ and it will move, and nothing will be impossible for you.” – Jesus

Matthew 17:20
