Crab and Power Greens Salad
A quick tasty salad for lunch while at work.
Crab Salad (you can make this in advance)
Gently mix flaked imitation crab meat, celery, ranch dressing, mayonnaise, sugar, and parsley in a medium-sized bowl until thoroughly combined. Refrigerate overnight and stir again just before serving.
Finishing the dish
Place power green mix in a salad bowl, measure out 1/2 to 1 cup of crab salad mixture to top over spinach and kale green mix. Slice or dice hard boiled egg over crab salad and green mix
